We offer Full-Service Planning & Design for Destination Weddings, Events, and more. In some cases, we offer custom fabrication for events and installations.

Planning

We build all the foundational elements of all of the event(s) we are contracted for, We are big believers in the weekend-long event. Destinations are our strong suit. We engineer event design and site build-outs, We manage venues from site visits, contracting, planning, and travel arrangements. We contract hotel buyouts or blocks. We recommend preferred vendors, handle communication with vendors, as well as manage contracts, budgets, and payments. We model floor plans, manage all permits, insurance, logistics, deliveries, load in & out, as well as manage guest-related items, such as data collection and organization (RSVPs, travel arragments), and much more.

Design

We design custom concepts for all events we are contracted for and work on design decks for/with you to create the look and feel you are targeting. We focus on creating an experience for your guests and strive to create an event that feels reflective of you two. We source all vendors and materials to bring your events to life. In many cases, we custom fabricate items in-house for your event.

Production

From step one we manage and communicate the vision to all parties involved with the event. We are the first team on-site and the last team out on the contracted event dates. We oversee all vendors for load-in, installation, service, and any requirements of the event. We fully produce the event from start to finish. We also manage the site or venue for load-out of all event items. We strive to provide excellent service for your guests during the event. We are your personal day-of assistants, as well as your event managers and partner.


Full Service Planning

WE SPEND AN AVERAGE OF 250 HOURS FULLY PLANNING A WEDDING
+ 30-40 PRODUCTION HOURS ON SITE FOR THE EVENT(S)
  • Wedding planning: organizational tools, resources, budgets, etiquette, and guidance through the wedding 

  • Professional wedding vendor referrals: sourcing, booking, & management in each category that fit your event style and budget

  • Procurement: contracts, insurance, permits, planning documents, scheduling, travel arrangements, and more

  • Contracts: execution, managing payments, updates, & budget management

  • Venue(s): communication, site inspections, booking, planning management, and load in and load out management  

  • Month-by-month timeline & weekly agenda: host conversations surrounding all current topics

  • Hotel room blocks or buyouts for guests & concierge services: pending your events needs

  • Comprehensive & custom event design(s): design decks, 3d floor plans, design meetings, decor sourcing, and implementation 

  • Logistics & design for all satellite events including welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, after-parties, pool parties, brunches, and more 

  • Attendance at vendor calls or meetings: all or of your choosing

  • Communication: from the start we encourage bi-weekly calls, 2 months out we generally move to weekly calls. We are always available via email. We don't limit meetings or emails with our clients, you can schedule as many as you'd like.

  • Wedding website advice: guidance as you create, customize, & maintain your site

  • Ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding (1 hour)

  • Production of wedding weekend: manage the couples logistical needs, we coordinate of all vendors, site setup(s), guest transportation, welcome bag distribution, and more

  • Personal assistance weekend-of

  • Break down of event, management of inventory, & personal items

THE MINIMUM GUARANTEE IS $25,000.00. OUR SERVICE FEE IS 20% OF THE TOTAL BUDGET
+ TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATIONS TO BE COVERED FOR THE ASE TEAM BY THE CLIENT FOR EVENTS MORE THAN 30 MILES FROM THE ASE OFFICE
++ WEBSITE BUILDING IS AN ADDITIONAL SERVICE BILLED AT $150/HOUR
